Enable continue with our commitment to the ‘Disability Confident Scheme’ following the award of ‘Disability Confident Employer’ status having initially committed to the scheme in January 2019.
To complete our journey from ‘Committed’ to ‘Confident’, Enable were required to complete the Disability Confident self-assessment and demonstrate that we were compliant with the core actions to be a Disability Confident employer by agreeing to at least one action to get the right people for our business and at least one action to keep and develop our people.
We look forward to continuing our Disability Confident journey, ensuring that disabled people and those with long term health conditions have the opportunities to fulfil their potential and realise their aspirations.
