Our Story

After working together for a few years we began to think about the possibility of joining forces and setting up our own unique supported living business.

We wanted to help Leicestershire adults with additional needs to enjoy a full life at home so put everything into making and building our vision.

We knew we had the knowledge and experience required to make it work and wanted to solely focus on providing bespoke supported living solutions specifically in the Leicestershire area.

In the early stages of Enable we were approached by an individual (who already knew us) to help with a small supported living care package.

We were able to build on this and were soon supporting more adults and meeting with new contacts under the Enable brand name.

The value we offered through our supported living services was getting noticed and the business soon started to develop from there to where it is today.

The past 3 years have been a journey. We’re so proud of what we’ve achieved in such a short space of time.

The future is bright for Enable but first and foremost we want to preserve and develop everything we’ve built up so far. We will continue to deliver where the needs of the business takes us.

We feel very strongly about doing things we care most about. We want to continue developing links with the local Leicestershire community , pick up the plans we had to put on hold due to the pandemic, and further promote social care as a career.
